Role Summary

As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first line of offense in our go‑to‑market strategy and the primary driver of pipeline generation. Your core focus will be on proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying high‑potential leads among large national brands and their respective media agencies, leading directly to the scheduling of qualified introductory meetings for our Executive Sales team.

You will still assist with essential sales support, but your success will be measured by your ability to generate Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), set meetings, and directly contribute to revenue generation, ultimately accelerating your career path into a closing role.

You Will Own
  • Prospecting Strategy & Outreach:
    Design and execute personalized, multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, cold call, Linked In) to penetrate target accounts and key decision‑makers.
  • Pipeline Generation &

    Qualification:

    Rigorously qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet the criteria for a Sales Accepted Lead (SAL), focusing on intent, fit, and budget.
  • Meeting Handoff & Goal Attainment:
    Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for setting qualified meetings and generating pipeline value for the Account Executive team.
  • CRM (Salesforce) / Pipeline Management:
    Maintain meticulous records of all prospecting activities ensuring accurate data hygiene to support forecasting.
  • Cross‑Function collaboration within Client Success, Marketing & Sales Teams on Sales Materials.
  • Proposal Generation / Program Strategy (Support Function, not primary duty).
  • Organization of Sales & RFP Materials (Support Function).
  • Lead Point of Contact for Strategic Account Vendors (ABCS, Pathformance, Flipp…) (Support Function).
  • Build & Process Insertion Orders (Support Function, decreasing priority as prospecting increases).
  • Special Projects (Trade Show & On‑Site Coordinating) (Support Function).
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer‑facing, or a highly competitive environment (preferred; not required with exceptional drive).
  • Demonstrated ‘Hunter’ mentality; competitive, persistent, and highly resilient.
  • Eagerness to cold‑call and prospect daily.
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive / MS Office applications.
  • Results‑oriented with a desire to build strong relationships (internal and with clients).
  • Eagerness to learn and work with deadlines.
