Become an Account Manager in Training and learn from our skilled sales team while developing your own sales techniques in the beer, wine, and spirits world. This full‑time, 40‑hour program prepares you for a future role managing your own sales route.

• Driving assigned stores in your local area to deliver beverages and promote products.
• Merchandising products, reviewing deliveries on your iPad, stocking shelves and coolers, and assembling displays.
• Job shadowing senior Sales Managers and Account Managers, learning techniques and route strategies.
• Covering sales routes for Account Managers, creating a sales plan, and coordinating replenishment and product placement.
• Sampling and learning about products with suppliers.
• Volunteering at local festivals, assisting with store resets, and working on special projects.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
• Sales and beverage industry experience preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must live in the assigned market.
• Reliable vehicle and cell phone.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Desire to stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Ability to obtain a Michigan Liquor Control Commission license.
• Ability to lift/carry an average of 30 lbs.

$18.50 per hour.
