• Greet and assist showroom visitors, guiding them through cabinetry options and design selections
• Support the sales team by managing leads, following up with prospects, and coordinating appointments
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom environment that reflects brand standards
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project flow
• Track and manage customer communications throughout the sales cycle
• Assist with showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities

• Previous experience in sales coordination, showroom sales, or a related customer-facing role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest or background in interior design, cabinetry, or home improvement is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM software
• Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate s or bachelor s degree preferred
