- Coordinate NEPTUNE ancillary studies, ensuring compliance with consortium and NIH requirements; provide regular reporting to co‑chairs and consortium members.
- Define and implement review processes for ancillary study proposals; continuously improve communications, review procedures, and policy amendments.
- Serve as point of contact for Ancillary Investigators, facilitating proposal development, tran
SMART training, and review comments. - Coordinate data handling with C and other collaborators; secure data returns and documentation.
- Maintain ASC roster, facilitate ASC meetings, and coordinate training for new ASP members.
- Collaborate with Business Development to represent project scope and publication requirements with industry partners.
- Assist study teams with SOP updates, case report form development, report generation, and protocol modifications.
- Act as liaison for Recruitment & Retention Committees; schedule, develop content, and distribute materials across sites.
- Manage site shipping logistics and troubleshoot errors.
- Oversee publication processes; track manuscript status and communicate requirements to collaborators.
- Maintain NEPTUNE website accuracy; update documents and ensure dynamic eligibility tools are current.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with faculty, staff, and stakeholders across organizations.
- Excellent judgment, multitasking, and flexible, professional work style.
- Independent, self‑directed performance with minimal supervision.
- Detail‑oriented, collaborative team player with strong training and supervision experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, statistics, public health, organizational behavior, or related field (required).
- Minimum 4+ years of related experience (intermediate level). 1–3 years (associate level). 5+ years (desired).
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage effective first day.

Full‑time onsite or hybrid (minimum 4 days onsite). Occasional travel. hybrid mode at department discretion.
