Job Description Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer!

Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail. As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they expand in environments such as a security operations center, call center, parking gatehouse, etc.

• Set schedule:
  Full-time, Sunday, 1st shift, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, 2nd shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Thursday, 2nd shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday, 2nd shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 / Hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Have a state license if required
