Are you dependable, calm under pressure, and enjoy helping others? Glacier Hills is looking for a part-time security guard
to be a welcoming and reliable presence in our community during the midnight shift.
- Part Time – 12am-8am working every other weekend

- Greet andassistresidents, guests, and vendors after hours
- Answer and direct calls, respond to inquiries, and relay important messages
- Monitor building access andmaintainkey control forcommon areas
- Facilitate after-hours maintenance requests and emergencies
- Enter and track work orders in the Worxhubsystem
- Post resident notices andassistwith administrative tasks as needed
- Conduct nightly checks of entrances, doors, andcommon areas
- Respond to emergencies using our Emergency Broadcast system
- Maintain emergency contact lists andassistduring critical events
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, calm, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and follow emergency protocols
- Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer systems
- Physically able to walk the property and respond quickly as needed
