• Handle residential & light commercial plumbing service/installs
• Diagnose, repair, and deliver clean, high-quality work
• Lead apprentices & provide top-notch customer service
• Work Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, mostly within 30 miles of 48109

• Journeyman plumber license in Michigan
• 3+ years of experience as a plumber
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a lead role
• Strong troubleshooting skills with consistent, high-quality installations and maintenance
• Strong computer literacy
• Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication
• Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring apprentices
