McKinley is looking for a motivated and energetic Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team located in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti, Michigan

$19.00/hr - $28.00/hr

$24.00 - $28.00 / Hourly

• Provide fast, friendly, and high quality maintenance service for residents.
• Diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, general cleaning, appliance maintenance and exterior structure maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for next resident by inspecting, evaluating, and making necessary repairs.
• Ensure workplace safety through compliance with applicable safety rules and requirements.
• On-call duty, including weekends, holidays, and snow removal during winter months.

• Minimum of six months of related experience and/or training preferred (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry).
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Great communication skills and professionalism.
• Comfortable using own basic hand tools at work.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required; must drive own vehicle around property.
• On-call duty, including weekends and holidays and snow removal during winter months.
• Previous property management experience preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrating core values: flexibility, can-do attitude, focus on results, and customer service focus.
