We guarantee 40 PAID hours per week Monday through Friday, even if we don’t have any calls!
Salary
- Guaranteed minimum for 40 hrs/week starts at $35/hr
- Get a piece of the profits! Piece rate structure automatically kicks in if you earn more than your guaranteed minimum
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing service work on residential plumbing systems in addition to whole-house plumbing evaluations
- Walk customers through service options to ensure solutions fit their needs and budget
- Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly
- Explain each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed
- Ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work
- Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Available Monday to Friday for 8am-5pm shifts. Ability to work weekends a plus, but not required!

Minimum Requirements
- Journeyman plumber license in the State of Michigan
