- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems
- Lead apprentices & deliver outstanding customer service
- Use Service Titan to track jobs & boost earnings
- Enjoy ongoing training in safety, sales, and leadership
- Journeyman plumber license in Michigan
- 3+ years of plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a lead role
- Strong troubleshooting skills with consistent, high-quality installations and maintenance
- Strong computer literacy
- Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication
- Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring apprentices and contributing to the team
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Mostly local (within 30 miles of Ann Arbor) with rare travel (negotiable). Option to dispatch from home.
