WSI Technologies is seeking a hands-on Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems at customer sites across Michigan. The role is hybrid—field-based with remote intervals between customer visits—and requires travel up to 80–85% with a company vehicle and stipend provided.
You will install, configure, and test WSI systems, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and document actions in the ticketing system while maintaining clear customer communications.
