Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Michigan School Social Worker certification
• Experience in educational or school-based settings preferred
• Strong understanding of K-12 developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students managing academic, behavioral, or social challenges
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create supportive, inclusive environments
• Participate in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Advocate for students and connect families to school and community resources
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all district and state guidelines
