Cloud & Mobile Full-Stack Engineer II- EV Ecosystem

We are seeking a Cloud & Mobile Full-Stack Engineer to develop the connectivity ecosystem for a 2-wheeler EV platform. This includes vehicle-to-cloud data transmission, backend infrastructure, web dashboard development, and companion mobile apps (Android/iOS) for users and service personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop backend APIs and databases for vehicle telemetry and user management.

Build web dashboard (React/Angular/Vue + backend) for fleet monitoring and control.

Develop mobile applications (Android/iOS) for users to access vehicle data, receive alerts, and manage connectivity.

Enable Bluetooth pairing between mobile app and vehicle when in proximity.

Support navigation integration (Android Auto or Mappls SDK).

Implement OTA coordination from cloud → vehicle
.

Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud services.

Strong experience (3+ years ) in backend development (Node.js, Django, or similar).

Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IoT data pipelines.

Knowledge of mobile app development (Android – Java/Kotlin, iOS – Swift).

Experience with BLE communication and APIs.

Frontend development experience with React/Angular/Vue.

Familiarity with database design (SQL/No

SQL, time-series DBs).

Understanding of cybersecurity practices in IoT/automotive systems

The three Co-Founders have done their Masters in Automotive Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA, and have worked for various Automotive companies in India and the USA and are now determined to create something exciting in the EV space.

The company was started in November, 2022 and is now rapidly expanding. We, at Arbor Mobility are trying to answer the basic question of how to increase the adoption of EVs in India. EV usage is a paradigm shift in consumer behaviour. It requires us to think how to tackle the issues such as charging, range anxiety & safety for a consumer.
