About the Role

Health Fitness is hiring a Injury Prevention Professional to join our team at client sites in Anna, OH and/or Russells Point, OH

Schedule:

Varies, shifts available between the hours of 5:30a-10:30p

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.
• Develop exercise programs specific to injury prevention and conditioning needs.
• Collect and document appropriate program data to support the ROI process.
• Develop, promote, and market wellness and general education programs.
• Support employee healthcare teams with job function assessment, incident investigation and care management.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or other related field.
• Current Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Preferred

• Work experience in a clinical environment (occupational therapy, physical therapy, cardiac rehab, nursing).
• 2-3 years’ experience in corporate based health and fitness program.
• Understanding of Biomechanics, occupational safety and proficient in exercise prescription.

Compensation: $21 - $24/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
