Team Leader – Stratosphere Quality

Team Leaders manage project setup, customer deliverables, and team member expectations. They supervise quality inspectors at manufacturing plants and warehouses, train teams, and maintain consistent communication with customers and employees.

• Ensure all teams at the assigned location operate according to standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as interim leader when the project supervisor is unavailable.
• Inspect parts, lead the work of other team members, and verify that equipment and tools are signed out.
• Communicate with customer or job site contacts as needed on job requirements.
• Complete required paperwork, training classes, and other duties as assigned.
