Job Description:

$2.30 Shift Difference for 2nd and 3rd Shifts. Other duties may be assigned as needed to help maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere. EVERYONE works as one TEAM!

BRIEF

DESCRIPTION:

Will supervise and coordinate NKP Logistics associates with duties consisting of, but not limited to: data entry, customer contact, picking, packing, packaging, loading, unloading, inspection, sorting, storing and shipment of incoming and outgoing products. Will have inventory control and scheduling responsibilities. Will have a variety of duties, must be able to work necessary overtime, and be willing to attend outside classes to upgrade supervisory skills and capabilities.

Other duties as assigned.

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong data entry, personal computer and clerical skills
• Good communicator, dependable, and maintain accurate filing system
• Strong supervisory background
• Position will be very paperwork oriented, so must pay attention to fine details and must have inventory control experience
• Must be people oriented with ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others
• Must be flexible and have good problem solving skills
• Must be able to work overtime
• Must be willing to assist General Associates in completing all work requirements
• Must be willing to learn/preform Tow Buggy operations
• Must be willing and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment
