Lead the development and execution of innovative technical strategies and solutions across Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model initiatives to effectively achieve or surpass targets in Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.

Effectively communicate upstream and downstream to all levels of the organization toassure common understanding and direction. 5%
Review and analyze daily report(s) to identify safety and delivery gaps and developpotential countermeasures and /or root cause analysis opportunities striving for continuous improvement.

Utilize data analysis and Plan-Do-Check-Act to lead, support, develop and justify solutions with relatedgroups/departments for your area of responsibility to solve complex problems. 10%
Monitor and manage equipment and processes to ensure optimal manufacturing performance and function while minimizing operating expense. 30%

Minimum Education al

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or engineering technology with relevant experience (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical, etc.) with interest in Manufacturing.

Minimum Experience:

0-6 years’ experience based on education, preferred co-op experience in Manufacturing.
