We're hiring Part-Time Lifeguards (approximately 6–15 hrs/week) with Saturday availability. Weekday shifts (Mon–Fri) are also available.

As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all of the aquatic facility members and guests.

• Free membership to onsite fitness center and pool.
• Access to discounted Lifeguard training course through the Red Cross.
• Flexible scheduling.

• Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities.
• Enforce and explain rules as necessary.
• Respond appropriately to any emergency.
• Attend all required staff meetings and training.
• Ensure that needs of the aquatic center are being met by cleaning and inspecting the Aquatics Facility to ensure safe environment for members.
• Maintain a professional attitude.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have or be willing to obtain an American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification. Site may be able to provide Lifeguard certification training at discounted rate.
• Meet Health Fitness Fitness and Skill standards.
• Be dependable, alert and able to interact with people of all ages in a positive manner with strong customer service skills.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

• 300 yard swim.
• Active, Passive, Submerged rescues.
• Spinal injury management in shallow and deep water.
• Other various techniques that were learned during the Lifeguard Training Program.

Compensation: $14/Hour - $16/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
