The Role
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Anna, TX, is looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Spa Manager to lead our new location.
The Spa Manager will be responsible for building and developing the team, growing memberships and revenue, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

- Lead, coach, and motivate the spa team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Drive membership sales, retention, revenue, retail, and gift card sales.
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of spa professionals.
- Oversee daily spa operations, staffing, scheduling, and client experience.
- Monitor key performance metrics and take action to achieve business goals.
- Handle client concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
- 2–3 years of management experience in spa, salon, retail, hospitality, wellness, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer-service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and hold employees accountable.
- Passion for wellness, massage, and skincare services.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
