We’re looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll operate, set up, and program multi‑axis CNC equipment to produce high‑precision components while upholding the quality and standards that define Bronco Manufacturing.

• Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills with Fanuc controls
• Work with Kitamura 5-Axis (3+2), Okuma Mills
• Program parts using Mastercam/Gibbs
  
  CAM software
• Perform precision machining and quality inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and tolerances
• Machine materials including aluminum, stainless steel (300/400 series), brass, bronze, and copper (6061, 7075)
• Conduct first article and in‑process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other QC tools
• Maintain and care for machines, tools, and work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members, engineers, and quality staff to continuously improve processes

• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or Programmer
• Skilled with Fanuc controls and multi‑axis (3–5 axis) machining
• Proficiency in Mastercam and/or Gibbs
  
  CAM programming software
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and setup processes
• Experience machining diverse materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and copper alloys
• Knowledge of AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 quality standards preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented
