We’re looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll operate, set up, and program multi‑axis CNC equipment to produce high‑precision components while upholding the quality and standards that define Bronco Manufacturing.
What You’ll Do- Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills with Fanuc controls
- Work with Kitamura 5-Axis (3+2), Okuma Mills
- Program parts using Mastercam/Gibbs
CAM software - Perform precision machining and quality inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and tolerances
- Machine materials including aluminum, stainless steel (300/400 series), brass, bronze, and copper (6061, 7075)
- Conduct first article and in‑process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other QC tools
- Maintain and care for machines, tools, and work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members, engineers, and quality staff to continuously improve processes
- Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or Programmer
- Skilled with Fanuc controls and multi‑axis (3–5 axis) machining
- Proficiency in Mastercam and/or Gibbs
CAM programming software - Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and setup processes
- Experience machining diverse materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and copper alloys
- Knowledge of AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 quality standards preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
