• Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and neat reception area, ensuring a good first impression.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Respond to all calls following proper telephone etiquette and take detailed messages.
• Ensure messages are relayed promptly to the intended person.
• Offer refreshments to visitors and make them feel welcomed.
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
• Coordinate appointments and reservations as necessary.
• Receive and distribute packages.
• Maintain lobby entrance tidy and clean.
• Maintain office supply inventory, including break room supplies.
