Position: Care Coordinator.
Location: Annandale, VA.
Status: Full-Time, In-Office.
Compensation: $23–$27/hr + Benefits.
Shift: 7:45am–4:45pm, Monday - Friday.
As the Care Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming, reliable presence at the center of our clinic, guiding families with empathy, clarity, and care. You’ll ensure each child’s therapy journey runs smoothly from the very first phone call to every session that follows. This is a mission‑driven role for someone who takes pride in service and connection and who sees growth as a natural part of helping others thrive.
What You’ll Do:- Coordinate therapy schedules and back filling to ensure every child has consistent access to care.
- Guide families through intake and onboarding with compassion, confidence, and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and kindly to reduce stress and build lasting trust.
- Anticipate and resolve front‑office challenges before they impact care or experience.
- Strengthen systems that make life easier for both our families and therapists.
- Contribute ideas, initiatives, and leadership energy to help our clinic continue to grow.
- Feel inspired by helping children and families receive the care they deserve.
- Stay calm and organized when things move quickly.
- Communicate warmly while maintaining healthy professional boundaries.
- Take initiative, solve problems proactively, and support your team without being asked.
- Are eager to keep learning, developing, and contributing to a collaborative, mission‑driven culture.
- Associate’s Degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare front office or care coordination role (pediatrics a big plus!).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with EHR platforms, Microsoft Office, and scheduling workflows.
- Ability to pass a TB test and FBI background check.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA (or willingness to learn).
- $23–$27/hr, based on experience.
