• Monday to Friday:
  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday:
  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Home Health Support DSP to join our team at Guardian Residential Services Llc in Sterling, VA. As a DSP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and be a part of a supportive and inclusive work environment.

• Provide one‑on‑one support and assistance to individuals with daily living activities
• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies
• Assist with medication administration and documentation
• Support individuals in community integration and participation in recreational activities
• Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other members of the support team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills
