Provide BCBA supervision for RBT teams, monitor clinical outcomes, and partner with families to maintain high-quality ABA services.
Responsibilities- Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians across assigned caseloads
- Review session data and update treatment plans as needed
- Conduct competency checks and support staff development
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary partners
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience supervising direct care staff in ABA settings
- Strong clinical writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities
- In-home and community-based ABA experience in Virginia
- Experience with Medicaid and commercial payer workflows
