FACETS is a nonprofit serving Fairfax County families in poverty, offering wrap-around services and housing support. The Education and Community Development Advocate (CDA) helps assess community needs, provides case management, and develops adult/youth programming in public housing to empower residents out of poverty.
The CDA also supervises volunteers and interns, represents FACETS publicly, and handles data and events aligned with the organization’s mission.
