Join Northern Virginia’s Top Real Estate Team as a Real Estate Assistant

Are you passionate about real estate and detail-oriented? We’re seeking a driven Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic and rapidly expanding team in Northern Virginia.

Our team partners with Zillow Flex, operates from a state-of-the-art office, and commands one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region, attracting over 10 million monthly views on Instagram and You Tube.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver vital administrative support and coordinate transactions for our agents
Manage listings, update MLS data, arrange signage, and schedule professional photography sessions
Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
Coordinate property showings, inspections, and closing meetings
Assist with marketing efforts including social media content, email campaigns, and CRM upkeep

Who We’re Looking For

Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-driven
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ambitious and motivated to grow within the real estate industry

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
