- Lead & engage: serve as primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, support directives from Area or District Manager, drive operational excellence, maximize team productivity and foster engagement.

- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years as Inventory Associate or similar.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
- Ability to stand, walk, remain active during shifts.
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- No degree needed; have no experience or returning to workforce; have military experience.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Willing to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen per company guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, or meet fleet driver requirements may be required.
Standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive use of both hands and wrists, occasional squatting, kneeling, crouching, use of ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, frequent travel by car and occasionally by plane with overnight stays.
