We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required). The role is to lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.

New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour.

Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre‑schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach’s primary residence, they may be required to travel up to an hour to a class location.

• High school diploma with some college (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Availability most Monday‑Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
• Physically active, punctual, and organized
• Ability to work with children ranging from 18 months to 15 years old
• Demonstrated history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking
