What You’ll Do:

• Lead the charge on complex audit engagements, applying your deep understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.
• Manage and mentor a team across multiple engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on training, delegate effectively, and support the professional growth of junior staff.
• Prepare audit, review, and compilation reports with precision—complete with analytical procedures and footnote disclosures.
• Dive deep into financial trends and industry benchmarks to provide valuable insights.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to management and collaborate on strategic solutions.
• Deliver creative problem-solving for clients across various industries.
• Prepare compliance tax returns and related financial statements with a focus on industry-specific needs.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA a strong plus)
• 4–6 years of audit experience—ideally in public accounting—with exposure to:
• Non-profits (including Single Audits & Yellow Book)
• Employee Benefit Plans
• For-Profit sectors like construction and distribution
• Strong client service mindset, with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• High level of initiative—able to thrive both independently and in a collaborative setting
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• In-depth understanding of client business operations and accounting systems
• Bonus points for experience with CCH, Pfx Engagement, and Quick Books
• Passion for developing others—you enjoy training and supervising up-and-coming talent
