About the Role

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Senior Property Accountant will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of property accounting. This position will collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and property managers, playing a key role in delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, upholding strong internal controls, and implementing scalable processes within the Accounting Department. Proficiency in Yardi is essential, as it is a cornerstone of our property management and accounting operations.

Job Type: Full-time, exempt

Location:
Annapolis Office

If you are applying from a secondary location, on‑site presence is required during training period and position is available as hybrid thereafter. Need to be located in the DMV/Baltimore Area.
