Title: Supply Chain Systems Manager

Reports To: Vice President, Supply Chain

Job Code: 000064

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Objective

The Supply Chain Systems Manager is responsible for optimizing Luminis Health’s enterprise‑wide supply chain systems to support vendor enablement, sourcing, procurement, item master maintenance, inventory management, supply replenishment, receiving, and both internal and external distribution. This role drives initiatives that align with a system‑wide vision, fostering collaboration and commitment to future‑state objectives. The manager actively identifies opportunities to standardize and streamline processes across vendor enablement, ordering, inventory control, and distribution, leveraging robust technology platforms.

The ultimate goal is to build a highly efficient supply chain foundation that enhances transparency, strengthens financial and operational controls, and delivers greater value‑added services through optimized electronic procure‑to‑pay systems. Working closely with the Vice President of Supply Chain and key stakeholders, the manager prioritizes and implements system improvements that advance Luminis Health’s strategic objectives. The manager continually assesses areas of weakness—such as financial control, customer satisfaction, and cycle times—and develops both short‑ and long‑term solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
