Senior Process Improvement Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Process Improvement Engineer to evaluate, document, standardize, and improve technical and business processes across multiple project teams. The individual will facilitate process improvements, support organizational change, and help implement repeatable processes across the enterprise.

• Conduct process evaluations and document existing and proposed processes.
• Develop and implement process-improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate project teams in accomplishing activities and objectives.
• Coordinate implementation and transfer of new processes and practices to project teams.
• Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate across multiple project teams to support enterprise-level integration.
• Support process standardization and documentation.
• Support requirements-intake processes and associated tracking and documentation.
• Utilize Confluence, Jira, and Git to support process and documentation activities.
• Apply process-engineering techniques throughout acquisition activities.
• Identify and implement process-improvement best practices.
• Support change management and organizational-development activities.
• Apply business-management techniques, activity/data modeling, and information-system development practices as appropriate.

Ten (10) years of Process Improvement experience supporting programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Within the past ten (10) years, at least five (5) years of experience involving relevant areas such as:

• Facilitation and training
• Methodology development and evaluation
• Process engineering
• Best-practice identification
• Change management
• Business-management techniques
• Organizational development
• Activity and data modeling
• Information-system development methods and practices

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education.

Experience with process evaluation and documentation.

Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Git.
