This role is focused on leading crews, managing jobsite production, and helping ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard. Your job is to help ensure:
- crews are clear on daily tasks
- production stays on track
- safety and quality expectations are met
- materials and equipment are coordinated
- Lead construction crews
- Manage daily jobsite production
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Coordinate materials and equipment
- Support organized, efficient field operations
- Crews are productive and prepared
