!
This role focuses on proactive customer communication to enhance satisfaction and drive revenue. You will work on‑site Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

- Conduct post‑service satisfaction calls, proactively book future appointments, and make reminder calls to keep a full shop schedule and reduce no‑shows.
- Run outbound campaigns for promotions and follow‑ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document records accurately.
- Handle challenging customer situations with positivity and escalation to a manager when needed.
- Collaborate with store leaders to ensure every interaction enhances the customer experience.
