Nealey Tire & Auto in Annapolis, MD is looking for a full‑time Call Center Representative
!

This role focuses on proactive customer communication to enhance satisfaction and drive revenue. You will work on‑site Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

What Your Role Entails
  • Build relationships and drive revenue by ensuring customers enjoy their vehicle maintenance experience.
  • Conduct post‑service satisfaction calls, proactively book future appointments, and make reminder calls to keep a full shop schedule and reduce no‑shows.
  • Run outbound campaigns for promotions and follow‑ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document records accurately.
  • Handle challenging customer situations with positivity and escalation to a manager when needed.
  • Collaborate with store leaders to ensure every interaction enhances the customer experience.
