You serve as the vital link between the shop and our customers, enhancing satisfaction through effective communication campaigns. You conduct 1‑day post‑service satisfaction calls to ensure customers are happy and pre‑book future maintenance appointments to fill schedules. Additionally, you manage promotional campaigns, service reminders, and follow‑ups, keeping accurate records of all interactions. When faced with difficult customer situations, you know when to involve managers and work closely with store leaders to maintain a great customer experience.
YOURSCHEDULE:
Enjoy exceptional work‑life balance with a desirable set schedule! You'll work on‑site Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, meaning your nights and weekends are always free for you to enjoy.
