Ideal Candidate- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient‑centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
- At least 3 years of professional clinical experience required
