This is an ideal opportunity to step into our thriving practice with an existing strong patient base while enjoying long-term professional stability.

• Specialization: Blend of glaucoma and comprehensive ophthalmology (including cataracts).
• High-Volume Practice: See 30-35 patients daily in the clinic, perform 8-12 surgeries weekly, and 6 laser procedures per session.
• Surgical Facilities: All surgeries are conducted at a practice-owned ASC conveniently located within the main office.
• Turnkey Opportunity: Step into a well-established role, replacing a retiring glaucoma specialist.
• On-Call Rotation: Shared on-call schedule for balanced workload.

• Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside a skilled and collaborative team in a family-friendly practice.
• Location: Conveniently located near Annapolis and Washington, DC.
• Schedule Flexibility: Enjoy an 8-hour workday, with either 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM shifts.
