Pillar I: We will deliver care through a reimagined physical footprint based on regional acute care hubs, an extensive ambulatory network to shift lower-acuity care out of hospitals, and digital care offerings designed to meet the unique needs of our patients.

Pillar II: Our workforce will be sufficient, stable, highly engaged, and prepared to deliver care models of the future. We will make WVU Medicine an exceptional place to work and will create, attract, and retain talent using expanded training programs, innovative health and wellness initiatives, and a focus on improving quality of life in our communities.
