My Gym is seeking a young, passionate, and dedicated Early Childhood Gym Teacher to support our children’s fitness programs with AM/PM shifts. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily operations and help create an engaging environment for children and their families. Your contributions will ensure high‑quality fitness instruction while promoting a positive and supportive community. This leadership position requires a balance of business management, team leadership, and exceptional customer service skills.

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the center, including staff training and effective communication with parents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost enrollment and retain current families.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff at all times.

• Proven experience working with young children in an organized setting.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team player.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff, parents, and guests.
• Physical capability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while fulfilling job responsibilities.
• Background in dance, theater, or kinesiology is desired.
