The Temple Annapolis, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, is seeking a qualified Barbering Instructor (Educator) to join our team. Clinic/Classroom Learning Leader. Barbering Learning Leaders educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in both technical skills and guest service. They create extraordinary classroom and clinic experiences using Objective-Based Education (O.B.E.), mini-classes, and learning centers.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in barbering and education, with a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of professionals. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills are essential. Previous experience instructing in a barbering school is preferred.

• Current Maryland Barbering License.
• Strong organizational, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in supervision, teamwork, and documentation.
• Solid work history with verifiable references.
• Passion for the barbering industry and education.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
