The Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test & Logistics (SEIT&L) Department at Northrop Grumman Oceanic is seeking Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Leads to join our team of dedicated and talented professionals.

• Lead multi-disciplined engineering teams from business capture through system design and then integration and test of highly complex technical systems
• Perform systems engineering task planning, support program scheduling, and perform Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Perform Risk Management and metric collection and reporting
• Manage customer deliverable generation and comment adjudication
• Manage staffing needs / requests
• Develop content, bring together associate contractor material, and present for reviews (including Systems Requirement Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (TRR), Consent to Ship Review (CSR))
• Oversee performance of the following functions:
  Requirements Development & Management (using DOORS, Cameo, or Excel), Interface Development & Management, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Development & Management, Integration & Test planning and execution, Verification & Validation
