Terrain Civil Engineering Internship

We are currently looking for a curious and highly motivated Civil Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience working on a variety of civil engineering projects, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and an opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge.

• Project Support:
  Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects such as stormwater systems, grading, profiles, traffic design, and site developments.
• CAD Drafting:
  Prepare technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design software under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Data Collection & Analysis:
  Gather, organize, and analyze data from fieldwork, surveys, and geotechnical reports to inform project designs.
• Document Preparation:
  Assist in preparing reports, project documentation, and technical specifications.
• Cost Estimation:
  Support in preparing cost estimates, project schedules, and approval process.
• Research:
  Conduct research on local codes, environmental standards, and engineering principles relevant to each project.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, landscape architecture, traffic, structural, environmental, and surveying teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Fieldwork:
  Participate in site visits and fieldwork to monitor project progress, assess conditions, and support quality control measures.

• Education:
  
  Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
• Some knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software is preferred.
• Familiarity with local codes, ordinances, and regulations is a plus.
