Global private equity real estate firm seeks a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and planning for complex partnership and corporate structures. This role partners with finance leadership and works closely with international teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage federal, state, and local tax filings and quarterly estimates
- Oversee K-1 preparation and partner data maintenance
- Advise on tax implications for transactions and acquisitions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
- Conduct tax research and maintain audit-ready documentation
- CPA required;
Bachelor's in Accounting or related field - 5+ years experience, including 3+ in public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
- Expertise in partnership and state tax; international tax a plus
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (Yardi preferred)
Schedule:
Hybrid after training (3 days onsite)
Salary: $115K-$140K + bonus (~15%)
