We're looking for a Controller who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to build the financial backbone of a fast-scaling organization.

• Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and cash management
• Create and enforce financial processes that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Build and manage a small but effective finance team
• Deliver timely financial statements, reporting, and analysis to leadership
• Partner with operations to manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Implement inventory controls and auditing processes across multiple locations
• Play a critical role in supporting strategic growth and expansion initiatives
