The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PRN 1099) covering Vacations & Fridays 5pm
-9pm will play a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health care to patients in a variety of settings. This position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans. The practitioner will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for patients. Additionally, the role requires ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes.

• Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health.
• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• At least two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.

• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology.
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of mental health care.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications as appropriate.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
