One You Love Homecare is expanding into Harford County and Towson, and we’re seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team. Whether you’re experienced in personal care or companion care, we’ll match you with clients who need your skills and heart.

Varies depending on client needs.

Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, overnights available)

As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role of a caregiver includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping.

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Help clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Support safe, independent living at home
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

We’re locally owned and operated. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that knows your name.

You’ll have direct access to the office staff who support you, not just a scheduling app.

• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass background check
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to client dignity are a must

• $18–$21/hour (based on experience and case type)
• Pick your own schedule — full-time, part-time, or just a few hours a week
• Flexible assignments close to home
• Supportive office team and nurse oversight
