Residential House Manager

One of our clients is seeking a Residential House Manager to provide service in Annapolis, MD.

• All shifts available

• Oversee the residential aids and check on their work
• Travel from house to house ensuring efficient and effective operations
• Train new incoming Residential Aides
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals being supported
• Prep meals for individuals being supported
• Provide companionship on outings and activities for individuals

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working in related field
• Clean Slate Background Check
• Valid Driver's License, and clean driving record
• Ability to motivate staff and work collaboratively with staff from other programs to provide the most beneficial services to clients
• Excellent oral, writing and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and initiate actions to support the efforts of the staff and clients
• Ability to relate with clients and all levels of staff

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral‑health
