At All Star, our team helps patients improve mobility, manage pain, and regain quality of life through nonoperative spine and musculoskeletal care, interventional pain management, regenerative medicine, and functional medicine services. You’ll work alongside our providers, support office procedures, and help make every patient’s experience welcoming and well organized.
Why Join Our Team?- Meaningful work supporting patients throughout their care.
- Exposure to specialty procedures and regenerative medicine.
- A collaborative work environment where communication and teamwork matter.
- Opportunities to develop your skills and advance within the practice.
- Prepare for patient visits by reviewing schedules and ensuring relevant records, imaging, and test results are available.
- Welcome and room patients; accurately document vital signs, chief complaints, medications, allergies, and relevant history in the electronic medical record.
- Prepare supplies and assist providers with routine and specialty procedures, including in-office injections.
- Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and other assigned clinical tasks within your training and validated competencies.
- Keep exam and procedure rooms clean, stocked, and ready for patients; clean and reprocess equipment according to practice protocols.
- Support follow-up appointments, referrals, and routine administrative tasks, including scanning and faxing.
- Document patient messages clearly, route clinical concerns to the appropriate provider, and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA and infection-control protocols.
- Work closely with colleagues to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- You make patients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.
- You are punctual, dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
- You take initiative, communicate clearly, and follow tasks through to completion.
- You can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- You welcome feedback and enjoy learning new skills.
- Previous medical assisting or medical office experience is preferred; experience in orthopedics, pain management, or a procedural setting is a plus.
- Medical Assistant certification and BLS certification are preferred.
