** Directs workflow for medical records departments and front-end technicians. Establishes support for service priorities by ensuring workflow efficiencies to meet prescription order deliverables.

** What you will do**  + Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve the Front-End OCR area's goals.  + Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives for Front End OCR.  + Develops strategy to ensure the accurate entry of prescriptions with patient payer information.  + Evaluates operating results with established objectives and recommends performance improvement opportunities.

+ Controls payroll costs through analyzing allocation of resources and staffing needs.  + Generates and maintains communication throughout the organization.  + Conducts performance appraisals to provide employees with timely and constructive feedback.  + Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
