Automotive Receptionist / Café Concierge

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $17.00/hr

This position is at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. As the Receptionist/Café Concierge, you will be the dealership’s first point of contact, shaping the customer experience each day. An energetic individual who is highly motivated, goal‑oriented, professional and loves people is sought. • Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Maintain café duties
• Maintain and clean the store, inventory, and stock
• Adhere to food safety procedures
• Handle cash and record customers’ order information accurately
• Other duties assigned

• High School Diploma or higher
• A professional appearance
• A clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks (MVR, drug test)
